Playmaker Projects is built off my experience working in sport and events, running things, building partnerships, securing funding, and dealing with the pressure that comes with it.Through my work in professional sport and live events, I’ve been responsible for delivering game-day experiences, managing stakeholders, and making sure things run properly when it matters most. That’s included everything from sponsorship and fan engagement through to operations and execution behind the scenes.I’ve also helped build and deliver independent events from the ground up, covering planning, promotion, partnerships, and delivery. That’s given me a clear understanding of what works, what doesn’t, and how to make things happen without overcomplicating it.More recently, becoming a dad has shifted how I think about time, impact, and the kind of work I want to be doing. It’s also pushed me to actually act on something I’ve seen for a while, a gap in the market for practical, hands-on support for organisations that don’t always have time or resource to get things right.Rather than keeping that experience to myself, Playmaker is about putting it to work, helping others avoid the same challenges, and getting better outcomes, faster. This isn’t theory or recycled advice. It’s based on being in the middle of it, figuring things out, solving problems, and getting results. When I step in, it’s to help you get things done properly.
